The full overtime payment contains the normal base value of those hours plus an extra premium. With a 1.5 multiplier, the premium-only portion is 0.5 times the regular rate for each overtime hour.

What is time and a half?
Time and a half is a 1.5 multiplier. A $20 base rate becomes $30 per overtime hour.
Can I include double-time hours?
Yes. The separate premium-hours field can use a 2.0 multiplier or another multiplier you choose.
What is overtime premium only?
It is the extra amount above straight-time pay. For 1.5x overtime, the premium portion is 0.5 times the regular rate for each overtime hour.
