What this Timesheet Calculator is for

This calculator is for hours you already know. Instead of entering clock punches, you enter regular and overtime hours directly, then organize them by date, project, client, or task.

That makes it useful for consultants, agencies, freelancers, project teams, and employees who need to prepare a weekly or project-based timesheet rather than reconstruct a punch card.

Billable vs. non-billable time

Billable hours are hours assigned to client work you intend to charge. Non-billable hours may include administration, internal meetings, training, sales, or other work that is not invoiced.

Billable utilization = billable hours / total hours x 100

Rates and billable value

Each row can have its own rate, so the calculator can model different client rates or task rates. Billable value is the row's total hours multiplied by its rate when the row is marked billable.

Why this is different from the Time Card Calculator

The Time Card Calculator is punch-based: clock in, clock out, break, overtime. This Timesheet Calculator is allocation-based: date, project, task, hours, billable status, and rate.
